This privacy policy provides information on the use of personal data obtained through the Vialer app, in accordance with the Data Protection Act (WBP). Responsible for the processing of data is VoIPGRID B.V., Achterweg 1, 9725 BM Groningen.

When you use the Vialer app, some data will be collected and processed to optimize the user experience of the app. By logging in, you agree to the use of your data for these purposes. If you do not want this, you can opt out at any time.

VoIPGRID respects the privacy of its users and maintains strict confidentiality with regard to partners, their customers, and the Vialer app. VoIPGRID treats the collected data in a proper manner and takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or unauthorized destruction of data. VoIPGRID uses the collected data only for improving its service and will never share the information with third parties.

Contacts

Vialer requests permission to access contacts on the device that is being used. Contact details like names and numbers will only be used within the app itself and are not being sent to any external servers or services. This data allows the app to make use of existing contacts when, for example, T9 search is being used.

VoIPGRID uses the following software in order to optimize its services:

Google Analytics (Google Inc.)

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). Google collects data on the use of the Vialer app and creates reports on the activity of users. With this data, VoIPGRID can optimize the user experience of the app.

Data collected: Anonymized usage data.

Logentries (Rapid7 Inc.)

Logentries is a software as a service provider for log management owned by Rapid 7 Inc. With the use of Logentries, VoIPGRID collects anonymous data when the app crashes. If the user enables the ‘Remote-Logging’ option in the app settings, logs about the Vialer VoIP traffic will be sent. The collected data will be used by VoIPGRID to allow a faster error solving within the app.

Data Collected: Crashlogs (stacktraces), VoIP traffic data.
